Service Properties (Magic xpa 4.x)
The Service Properties dialog box for the current line in the Service repository is accessed by pressing Alt+Enter, or by selecting Properties from the Edit menu or the Services context menu.
The Service Properties dialog box includes the following properties:

User ID
|
The user ID that will be used to perform the Magic xpa logon to the server engine, when a request is sent for a particular Magic xpa application.

Password
|
The password associated with the user name when a request is sent for a particular Magic xpa application.

Filter
|
In the Magic.ini file, the filter values are displayed in the [MAGIC_SERVICES] section, as shown below:
Default Service = Default Broker, <application>,<username>,<password>,<filter>
The filter value is sent to the broker with each request.

This property is not supported for the Space or the Magic xpi servers.

The defined User ID and Password will be used to authenticate remote calls submitted using this service to the Magic xpa server.
