Converts a time to an Alpha string, according to a picture.

Syntax:

TStr(time, picture)

Parameters:

time: A time to be converted.
picture: The format of the resulting character string. For a full description, see pictures.

Returns:
|
An Alpha string containing the converted time
| |
Example:
|
TStr ('14:30'Time, 'HH:MM PM') returns 2:30 PM.

Note:
|
A blank picture converts using "HH:MM:SS".
