Main Wizard Module (Magic xpa 3.x)

The Main Wizard module, CRRwizard.ecf,is located at: <uMagic xpa installation directory>\Add_On.

The wizard is made up of a number of steps:

1. Invoke the Main Wizard by selecting Composite Generators from the Options menu.

2. If you invoked the wizard from an existing entry, the Update or Create screen will appear. Select whether you want to update the current component or create a new component. Click Next.

3. The Component Details Display Screen will appear. Enter the details in this screen and then click Next.

4. If you invoked the wizard while not parked on an existing entry in the Composite Resource repository, the wizard will assume that a new entry is being created. The Component Selection screen will appear.
   When this screen loads, the wizard reads the [CRR_Interfaces] INI entries and creates the Available component types list. The displayed names in the list are taken from the component descriptions as found in the entries. If a duplicate description is encountered, it will be ignored.

5. Select the component that you want to generate and click Next. The wizard will call the public name of the wizard application defined in the INI entry for this specific choice.

6. Depending on the component you chose, you will now proceed to one of the following wizards:

• Web Service Wizard

• Stored Procedures Wizard

• Java Component Generator

• MSMQ Composite Generator

• iSeries Composite Generator
